The information we collect may include: first name, last name, city, state, address, ZIP code, phone, email address and other information specific to the service requested or provided. If you become a registered Interpreter, we may collect your date of birth, gender, resume, company name (if applicable), and ZIP codes served. If you are a company or agency registering as a Customer, we may also collect information about the company including the tax id, the year established, and the number of employees. We may also collect information about third-party references from Interpreters. This information may include the name, phone number, and email address of the third-party reference. This information is collected when an Interpreter creates or updates their profile. This information is collected so that a Customer or SignForLife.com acting on behalf of a Customer can contact the third-party reference to verify information provided by the Interpreter. The information collected about third-party references will not be used for other purposes including marketing. If a third-party reference would like to have their information removed from SignForLife.com, they can contact SignForLife.com Member Care. If you use our blog/vlog on this Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, viewed, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in this forum. We use the information we obtain to develop and deliver our services and to fulfill legal requirements.
